"I have always wanted to be within the care industry and working at Little Twinkles these past three years has shown me that this is exactly where I want to be.
I first joined back in 2015 with little knowledge and skills but that soon changed with the help and guidance of my fellow employees.
I feel as confident as ever and know everything I need to know. The staff are what make a business and the peers I work with have been supportive and caring through out.
Alongside my co-workers, we set out to give our children the best possible experience whilst in our care. Discovering new talents, meeting different milestones whilst also having fun.
My future goals are to gain a degree in the childcare industry."

Christine is a devoted mother to her 3 grown up children and a lovable grandmother of two grandchildren. Christine supports us in providing a safe and fun environment for all the children.
"Working at little twinkles has given me so much enjoyment. Watching the children grow and become so independent within everything they do, To help them in learning the ABC to colours, shapes, counting, reading, spelling, sharing and caring for one another.
Every day there is always fun and laugher. It’s always hard for us to see the children leave when it’s time for them to go to big school."
Level 2 Childcare Apprentice
“I have always had a passion when it comes to working alongside children. I want to be able to influence their development and make a difference.
I feel it's important to be happy and make the children laugh to build secure attachments so the children trust me. I am so happy I have been given this opportunity and I am very excited for the future.”
